Unreal digital twins and virtual showrooms

What it is

Most projects rebuild their visuals from scratch every time something changes. A master scene inverts that: the model, materials, lighting and cameras live in one Unreal project that stays current for the life of the scheme.

From there, output is a question of what you need this month rather than a new commission. Stills, films, interactive tours and virtual showrooms all come from the same source, which means they agree with each other and with the design. When the scheme changes, the scene changes once.

Questions

When is a retainer worth it over a one-off commission?
When the scheme will keep changing and keep needing imagery. If you expect one set of images and no revisions, a package is cheaper. If you are heading into a long planning or sales process, the master scene pays for itself the first time the design moves.
What happens to the scene if we stop?
It is your project. Handover terms are agreed at the start rather than left until the end of the relationship.
Can the same scene serve planning and marketing?
Yes, that is the point of it. The planning set stays geometry-locked while the marketing work takes more licence, both from the same source, so they never contradict each other.
Do we need to supply an Unreal model?
No. We build the master scene from whatever you have, usually the design model, and maintain it from there.
